The apartment offers modern and luxurious accommodation that makes the most of its magnificent situation, with its floor to ceiling window in the living area presenting the most amazing views up and down the sea loch to give that "wow factor". Wildlife abounds in the area, with otters, seals, porpoises, eagles and other sea birds spotted most days as guests sit and have their breakfast at their “table with a view”.
Guests are welcome to have one dog stay with them in the apartment, however, we ask that any dog is kept under control and not off the lead in the main garden area. If you are bringing a dog, please note that there is a notional charge. The apartment is normally let on a weekly basis, but we do occasionally offer short breaks during some winter months. Sleeping ArrangementsThere is one bedroom containing a king size bed, making the apartment ideally suited to couples. However, it can also accommodate one child of up to 12 years old on a fold-out bed that can be set up for a notional charge.

The apartment occupies the entire top floor of an outbuilding that is completely detached from the owners’ house and has a small private garden with a patio seating area complete with table and chairs. It is entered through this garden, with a ground floor door leading to a staircase that gives access to the first floor accommodation space. The entire front of the accommodation area is made up of a floor to ceiling window looking south over Loch Sunart. There is ample allocated parking and an onsite Type 2 7kW electric vehicle charger is available for guests use with electricity consumed being charged at the prevailing rates.
